Today was absolutely amazing.
Today 200 families received a weeks worth of food.
39 people served our community with us
6 of the people who served had no contact with us or the new church previous to today
24 people had never served with us before

On Saturday March 27th we are going to be providing 800 people or 200 families with food for a week. We could not be more excited about this effort. We have partnered with 6 area schools, a local business, many individuals, and a national food co-op called Angel food.

On March 27th we running an initiative to feed 200 families for a week (that is about 800 people eating for a week)! We have been posting this online on things like facebook so that people have the opportunity to jump in and serve. To be honest, I thought we might have one or two [...]
So for the last two months I have been on a quest… a quest to find a cleaner, sleeker, sexier (added this only because my wife dared me to), more simple blog. I believe that I have finally found what I was looking for!
